Please Note

1.Please Review Your Child(ren)’s Division:
We noticed a large number of incorrect class lists due to divisions being entered incorrectly on the Hot Lunch portal. This resulted in several incorrect food orders. Please take a moment to review your child(ren)’s division on the portal and ensure that it is accurate.

2.Future Missing Hot Lunch Orders:
If your child ordered hot lunch but did not receive it, please encourage them to come see the hot lunch crew outside the gym doors. We always have extra meals available in case of any mishaps, and we do not want any child to go without food.

Common Q&As

Q: How do I cancel my orders?

A: You can change your order during order windows. Once the order window is closed, please email PAC at Bayridgepac@gmail.com for any changes. However, PAC can only refund credit that you can use for future orders. We can not do refund.

Q: What if my child cannot come to school on a hot lunch day?

A: If your child cannot come to school on a hot lunch day, you can either donate the lunch or pick it up by 12:30 pm of the same day. To utilize this option, please follow these steps:

  1. Email the Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) at bayridgepac@gmail.com by 10:00 AM on Hot lunch day, sooner the better.
  2. In your email, provide your child’s name and division and if possible, lunch item.
  3. Hot lunch orders designated for pick-up will be securely stored in the school office until 12:30 PM on the specified date. 

*Please be advised that there are no refunds for missed hot lunch orders. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we are unable to process refunds for unclaimed lunches.
